Mehdi Kazmi, who is Dua Zahra's dad, Saturday documented a request in the Supreme Court against Sindh High Court (SHC) choice that permitted his girl — who had bafflingly disappeared from Karachi in April yet later proclaimed that she had taken off from her home to wed 21-year-old Zaheer Ahmed — to choose where she needs to go, with her folks or spouse.
In his request, Kazmi argued to the Supreme Court for a quick knowledge of the case and called the SHC's choice flawed.
The request likewise expressed: "The clinical records uncovered Dua's age to be 17. As indicated by National Database and Registration Authority (NADRA) and scholastic archives, she is 14 years of age."
On June 8, the SHC permitted Dua to choose if she has any desire to go with her folks or her significant other. "Considering all the proof, this isn't an instance of grabbing," said the three-page composed request by Justice Junaid Ghaffar.
