A resident, Abdul Ahad, moved the court to pursue the exhumation and autopsy of Aamir Liaquat’s body to ascertain the real reasons for his death.

KARACHI: In a bid to determine the genuine reason for his secretive passing, an extra locale and meetings judge (Karachi East) on Saturday requested to direct a post-mortem examination on the collection of a TV character and PTI pioneer Dr. Aamir Liaquat Hussain.
On June 16, a resident, Abdul Ahad, moved the meetings court looking for the exhumation and post-mortem examination of Aamir Liaquat's body to determine the reasons for his destruction.
He was buried recently after his family rejected posthumous notwithstanding the police's demand, be that as it may, the family moved toward the court and acquired the authorization in support of themselves.
In its supplication, the candidate had said that the secretive and unexpected passing of the TV host and legislator at his home in Karachi on June 9 had raised "sensible doubt among the residents of Karachi that he had been killed over some property questions".
The legal justice had saved its judgment in the wake of hearing the contentions of both the gatherings prior to the day. Later in the early evening, the appointed authority reported his decision, deciding that Aamir Liaquat Hussain's body be unearthed for the after-death assessment.
In his application, the resident had said, "within the sight of grave doubts and questions, this court has an outright purview to arrange the respondents to hold disinterment, exhumation and posthumous of the departed to find, uncover and determine the genuine reason for the death of Aamir Liaquat Hussain under Sections 174 and 176 of the Criminal Procedure Code [CrPC]."
The candidate had contended that the predominant courts had passed a few decisions in comparative cases in which "sensible doubt" had been considered adequate for the post-mortem examination, saying that the simple reality that the family or legitimate beneficiaries of the departed were rejecting assent was not substantial grounds as far as Section 173 of the CrPC.
He said that the court is engaged to arrange for the Sindh wellbeing chief general to comprise an extraordinary clinical board to unearth the body for a post-mortem examination.
The court was argued to arrange the exhumation and posthumous assessment of Hussain's body and direct the well-being of DG to shape a clinical board for the reason.
